Shipping Policy
- After your order is approved, we start the shipping process. The cost of shipment is specified by each item (most of our products benefit from a free shipping feature, however when there is a shipping and handling fee on any item the amount must be paid).
- Free shipping feature is valid for lower 48 states but other states will not receive that. If you are outside of the 48 states, we will calculate and send you shipping costs as well as offer additional options.
- Our default method of shipping is UPS or FedEx ground so if you would like to receive your item faster, you should specify it in notes or order comment. You may also contact us by phone or let us know through email (info@pcvision.com and in the subject line include your order number). If you let us know after the item has already been shipped by our default method there is no way to change the process.
- If it is an international shipment, we will contact you before proceeding with the order to confirm the shipping method and restrictions.
- All items are being shipped from our warehouse or supplier’s distributers therefore the shipping time may vary based on origination.
- If you have any other questions please contact us before placing your order
- We have a 15 day return policy on all laptops we sell online (not accessories). We do not have a return policy on accessories unless they are shipped DOA (defective on arrival) or damaged.
- For laptops, we accept returns if you have not opened the factory sealed package and you have changed your mind before using the laptop. In this case just go to our return page (http://mysonyvaio.com/sales/guest/form/) and enter the order information and you will be contacted to arrange a return and refund.
- If you have already opened your package and used the laptop and you want to return it, you have to call us first to arrange a return. Usually in these cases we refund your money minus the shipping cost and 25% which will be deducted for restocking fees.
- If you receive an item damaged or DOA please contact us to arrange for replacement immediately.
- For any other questions please contact us.
- In order to protect you from credit card fraud or identity theft, we try to verify most of our orders. We may ask you to verify you are the card owner or we may need to confirm that the ship-to and bill-to information is legitimate. It’s usually conducted by making a phone call, so that’s why we ask our users to leave a good phone number where we can reach them.
- In some other cases we have some restrictions from manufacturers which do not let us process some orders. For example, we have a maximum order amount or a zone restriction. In these cases we will advise our buyer ASAP.

Sales tax
- If you are in the following states your order approval is pending till you pay sales tax: California, Washington D.C., Maine and Texas.
- The following list is exempted from sales tax :
Government, education, non-profit organizations, public charities, churches and other religious organizations usually qualify for tax-exempt purchases.

Products Warranty
- All items sold by mysonyvaio are warranted solely by the manufacturer/distributor. All items needing repair should be sent to the manufacturer/distributor directly for service. Mysonyvaio is not liable if the manufacturer/distributor fails to perform warranty service. However you can contact us for warranty and service information.
- Mysonyvaio.com will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us. Mysonyvaio’s liability is limited to the monetary value of the merchandise.
